I just finished the updates for median price / sf for condos. Hope to get the single family homes updated in the next day or so.

Thanks for the idea. $/sf is one the metrics I always track on, but didn’t notice I’d skipped it.

Hi Dru,

As a buyer, I have been studying the market and have to say that your blog is very informative. I have the feeling that a plot of the median price per square foot (by quartile) would also be very helpful. What do you think? Would you be able to add that plot to your list?
