When Dru Bloomfield with John Hall & Associates in Scottsdale heard about QR codes, she was intrigued and wanted to try them on a new listing. Rather than invest in a custom for-sale sign, colleague John Wake suggested she include the code on the home’s flyer. The code directs users straight to the single-property website for the listing. Because the QR code will be used by a consumer with a smart phone, be sure the property website is streamlined for mobile viewing, advises Bloomfield.
