Here’s some great news from the Cromford Report:
September 23 – It is a very long time since we had a month in which home builders sold more single family homes than lenders sold REOs, but in Maricopa County in August we saw 805 new homes and 783 REOs (combining commercial lenders, GSEs and HUD).
