Scottsdale Real Estate: Average Appreciation for Single Family Homes

Scottsdale real estate continues to improve. Since the beginning of the year, single family home appreciation rates have stayed in the positive AND continued to improve significantly.  Comparing average annual appreciation between August 2011 and 2012, it’s encouraging to see that  Scottsdale home prices have increased over 11%. While the appreciation rates are still fluctuating, they are consistently improving. Good news for home sellers who have been patiently waiting for their equity position to improve.

Great news, isn’t it? New homes, new jobs… the economy isn’t perfect but things are easily improving.

Jason, It is reassuring to see the improvement. Step by step.
