Scottsdale Single Family Home Appreciation

Scottsdale home prices are definitely on the rise.  While not experiencing the dramatic double digit growth that some of the outlying cities of metro Phoenix have, Scottsdale is seeing a steady  improvement in appreciation,  currently a 2.7% improvement over last year

Scottsdale’s annual average of $174.93 per square foot puts it at the third priciest real estate market, right after Paradise Valley and Carefree.

And, taking a longer term view of Scottsdale home prices, it’s encouraging to see that monthly average sales price per square foot is not holding steady at the 2004 price range, and that the improvement is on the horizon.
