Funny how fast prices can change. Realtors in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas have been predicting price increases for at least the last six months. And look what we find today:
10 Cities Where List Prices Soared Last Month
Number 2 on the list is the Phoenix-Mesa MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area), of which Scottsdale plays a significant role.
And today, Michael Orr posts in the Cromford Report Daily Observations:
December 22 – The Daily Market Snapshot is unusual today. Every single item measured is showing improvement over December 22, 2010.

It does seems to be a remarkable turnaround since Phoenix was just noted on Forbes list of 13 Cities Where Home Prices Are Falling Dangerously.
2012 is going to be VERY interesting!
