Economic Update: Phoenix home prices are so low that….

Check this amazing statistic out:

The average median price nationally was $170,600 as of the fourth quarter of 2010. In Greater Phoenix the number was $132, 300 and in Tucson it was $136,300. Not only does that make Phoenix one of the least expensive major housing markets in the country, but according to a release from the National Association of Homebuilders as of the fourth quarter 2010, 83.4% of all households in Greater Phoenix could afford the median priced house.
