Sales by dwelling and bedroom size

Here’s another view of 2010 home sales in Scottsdale.

In 2010, 6,882 single family (detached) homes, townhouses, condos, patio homes, and lofts  sold in Scottsdale.

The majority of single family homes sold had 3-4 bedrooms, while condo and townhouses were predominantly 2 bedroom.  Patio homes were split pretty evenly between 2 and 3 bedrooms, while lofts with 1 and 2 bedrooms were the better sellers.

 

For grins, I did the same chart with number of bathrooms, rather than bedrooms.  Not really much to say about it, but will share for the curious:
