Scottsdale consists of primarily single family (detached) homes, townhouses, and condos, with a much smaller number of patio homes and lofts to complete the picture.
In 2010, 6,882 of these types of properties sold.
The majority of single family homes sold last year were mostly between 1,000 and 3,000 square feet, with a significant number also in the 3,000 to 6,000 square foot range.
Condos sold were mostly less than 2,000 square feet. Townhouses, patio homes, and lofts in the 1,000-2,000 square foot size were the biggest sellers.
