Do you love to drive around and look at holiday lights? Thanksgiving Day marks the beginning of the season on Scottsdale and Phoenix. And, AZCentral.com has published their annual map for 2010.
Scottsdale and Northeast Phoenix Holiday Light Map
Greater Phoenix Holiday Light Maps – for all regions of greater Phoenix
This short little video was taken in 2008, as we drove by one of the over-the-top homes, south of Camelback Road and east of 44th Street. (It’s around the area of #30 on the Northeast Phoenix map.)
If you don’t feel like driving, or want to plan an evening with family and friends, there are a number of limousine and bus services that offer holiday light tours around the city.
Holiday Lights at McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park start up on December 10, 2010. I’ll have more on that later, but will share a link to a video from a couple years ago. The train park is a great time for kids, of all ages!

Was about to surf the web for light displays in Scottsdale when I remembered seeing your post in my reader the other day. Heading out with the fam this evening. Thanks, Dru
That’s so cool, Paul. Where are the best lights? Any tips?
