Christoph,

South Scottsdale really does rock. Your house came up this morning at the Scottsdale 101 class I'm taking. It's called the Titus house, right?

South Scottsdale Rocks! We really love the central location. By that I mean the proximity to the air port, Old Town Scottsdale, down town Phoenix, Tempe's Mill Avenue and Mesa. Oh, and yes there are some very old homes in South Scottsdale ;)

Larry, The seasonal rental market seems to be much stronger this year, and I've already gotten my first call about renting for 2011 season. Unfurnished, long-term rentals seems to be doing better too. The recent relocation clients I've worked with recently started looking downtown and ended up 10-15 minutes out, due to property size, age, and price considerations.

Scottsdale is a best choice to stay also because you can enjoy more outdoor activities like golf since there are a lot of golf fields to play on and you may also rent a house for your stay if you just come for a vacation. Thanks!
