While I like to keep my personal Facebook personal, the insurance business has changed in the last few years for communication. Practically everything in our office is done via email and phone. And, if you want, we can do a virtual meeting over the computer and phone so you can see my screen and go through everything to feel comfortable.
When we have clients that actually want to meet in person, this may sound odd but, we try to discourage it. It’s not that we don’t want to meet our clients, it’s often not necessary other than to give them the peace of mind that we’re really human beings on the other end of the phone.
The world is definitely moving faster around us and we have to keep up.
