I’m a geek.
The first time I got to work with computers, I was absolutely fascinated. The year was 1971, and I was a student at the now defunct East High School (in the Phoenix Union High School district). We wrote programs on punch cards, mailed them into the district, and got our print outs back the following week, so we could debug them.
From there, I went on to learn whatever I could about programming, computing, and the like. Eventually, I became proficient in seven languages and got my Masters degree in Computer Science. It’s kind of like music, it’s in my soul.
Fred LaBell (this year’s President of the Phoenix Association of Realtors) sent me the link to this video last month. It sat in my Inbox, waiting for the perfect cup of coffee, so I could really sit back and enjoy.
Today was the day.
This video runs 8 minutes and is one of the coolest things you will see this year. It will open your eyes to what the next generation will expect from their computers. Amazing, and I strongly encourage you to watch it.
(Me, I off thinking about how we can adapt it to real estate. There are just so many possibilities!)
