Scottsdale is a city that believes in the arts. As residents, we have a steady stream of free entertainment to complement the many other cultural events.
The fall concert series starts October 4th, and will held on the canal bank just west of Scottsdale Road. The concerts run both Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 3 p.m., through the end of December.
I’ve done a little searching and found MySpace and personal web pages for most of the bands that will be playing, so you can check out their music before you go. Be aware that most of these band pages will start playing music as soon as you visit them!
Did I mention it’s free? And the weather will be wonderful, you can pretty much count on it! Add some music, people, and food, and it’s guaranteed to be a good time.
