This chart pretty much says it all. As prices have decreased over the summer, single family homes homes have sold or been taken off the market.
Condo prices have been falling steadily over the past year, and inventory (number of homes available for sale) started tapering off this past spring.

Looks like the median price trend line would be a good hill to ski down, FAST!
