Over the past year, median home listing prices in Scottsdale have been up and down repeatedly. Prices have fluctuated throughout the city, but are very different when the northernmost end of Scottsdale is compared to some of the central and southern parts of the city. However, even in zip codes that are on the increase, prices are increasing more in some pricing spectrums than others.
Not all Scottsdale zip codes are following the same pattern, most are. home-prices trends for each zip code, starting from the south and moving north:
