After the number of homes listed for sale peaked in the spring, we have seen a slight decline, but certainly not enough of a change to get very excited about.
Prices have continued their downward trend, and the number of homes on the market has a direct influence on the pricing. Not all Scottsdale zip codes are following the same pattern, most are. Inventory trends for each zip code, starting from the south and moving north:
