Meet Olympic Gold Medalist Amanda Borden, June 26th

You are invited to a free program, featuring Olympic Gold Medalist Amanda Borden, at 6:30 p.m. June 26 at the Civic Center Library, 3839 N. Drinkwater Blvd.

As captain of the Magnificent Seven, the 1996 U.S. Olympic Women’s Gymnastics Team, Borden and her team members won the first ever Gold Medal for the United States in the Women’s Team Competition.

Hear Amanda speak of her incredible journey to the Olympics and the ups and down that made her a champion.
