The fall in home prices is not fact all areas in
Scottsdale. The Zip Code I reside in, 85262, while
not enjoying outsized gains is not falling. Moreover,
there is still much construction in Boulder Heights, Mirabel, and Desert Mountain. The
tacky, mediocre areas such as Toll Bros Developments, Monterrey, and Amberwood
are at a standstill and eliciting little interest.
Conclusion…quality and good design always
prevail.

Steve, It has been very interesting to watch how the northern Scottsdale zip codes at the high end have weathered the turn.
