When I fly home I always book the flight that chases the sunset across the country. It is very cool. The sun is just dipping below the horizon as we reach the Nevada/California states. Being so high up we are able to see the effects of the sun on the sky, long after the sun has disappeared over the horizon. One of the many things that struck me about the west were the fantastic sunsets. After 22 years, I still love them. My family is still in NY which requires an annual trip at the minimum.
