Of course, we also occasionally get requests for the phone number to the Patient Advocate when a family member is not happy with the care. It's cool that they have a Patient Advocate to help take care of those problems. I had outpatient knee surgery at the Greenbaum Surgery Center (a few doors down from Scottsdale Healthcare on Osborn) and was happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the place. I think with Scottsdale Healthcare and Mayo, Scottsdale has phenomenal heath care available. I just remembered, I recently had a Canadian client who scheduled a special comprehensive physical evaluation at Mayo during their vacation in Scottsdale.
