Every good Realtor must support the values and say everything is okay--maybe if they would have been more honest during the debaucle so many would not have lost so much. Frankly, how does a profession with such low standards of entry, hold itself out as the predictor of value - when basically- they just do not know....buyers will come back when they ready and there is still a lot of time for them to pick up deals on the market. The only market that is doing very well is the ultimate luxury market over 3,000,000.
