Time for a South Scottsdale market update. I’ve put together the information outlining the current market and home sales activity through November 2007.
Homes are selling in South Scottsdale at an average in an average of 102 days, which is right in line the this year’s average and homes are selling at about 95% of the asking price. The zip codes representing this area (85257, 85251, and 85250) are experiencing much of the depreciation in the Scottsdale area.
