One of my listings was featured on Channel 5 news last night! The reporter, Omadelle Nelson, called me after finding one of my home tour videos on YouTube. Both the sellers and I were thrilled that their beautiful home got some great media exposure.

I actually hired a videographer a few times but didn’t like it. This slide show based on stills looks much better.

I have been convinced that on-demand video is where the future is going, so it was an easy transition to look at posting to YouTube.
